A liberal theory of natural resource property rights by J M Mazor is recommended as a comprehensive discussion of the philosophy of property rights, with a critique of classical and contemporary viewpoints on the subject, ranging from Hobbes and Locke to Nozick and Rawls. It is a substantial document submitted as a dissertation for a Doctorate of Philosophy at Harvard University.
