Roy Douglas
Chairman of the Campaign and Emeritus Reader at the University of Surrey, Roy has degrees in science but later qualified as a Barrister. He has written fifteen books on modern history, with others in active preparation.In recent years he has specialised in the study of political cartoons as historical source material. He stood as a parliamentary candidate for the Liberal Party on five occasions.
Michael Hawes
Michael has worked in PR and conference management, specialising in technical copywriting, speeches and training videos. For the past 10 years he has specialised in writing computer program user guides. He began taking an interest in Political Economy in the 1960s and promotes the teachings of Henry George at every opportunity.Henry Law
Henry took a degree in Chemistry but subsequently worked as a town planner dealing primarily with urban conservation and design. His writing has been published extensively in professional journals on architecture, planning and transport including "Building Design", "Architect's Journal" and the former Council of Industrial Design's periodical, "Design". Lives in Sweden for about four months of the year.David Mills
David worked for 27 years with a major international petroleum company. Involved in operational programming, facilities planning, capital project appraisal, and diversification activities. This was followed by five years in management of non‑domestic property, particularly small industrial and office units. He is a founder member of Land Value Taxation Campaign. and Editor of the Campaign's bulletin, "Practical Politics", since its inception in 1988.Charlotte-Anne Schreiber
Charlotte-Anne studied at St Bart's College, Oxford, graduating with a First in PPE, before moving to Princeton, where she took her Doctorate. She then obtained an MBA at Harvard and has worked for the World Bank, the World Trade Organisation, the European Development Bank, the United Nations and the EU Commission. She is at present an Associate of a leading firm of management consultants.Robin Smith
Robin is a social entrepreneur and Conservative Councillor, dedicated to justice in society through economic reform. His background is in telecommunications engineering.
